Directions
Keep the tip of the pencil as close as possible to the lash line as possible. Draw a thin line from the outer corner of the upper lid to the internal corner. Do the same on the lower lid. Repeat several time if you want a thick line. You can smudge the line with a cotton tip for a smoky eye effect.
